Living Matter’s processes are meticulously designed for seamless project execution. Led by Founder George Close, the team begins with in-depth client consultations to thoroughly understand the vision and requirements of the project. At this stage, George’s expertise and experience in complex problem-solving and sustainable landscaping can assist in transforming imaginative ideas and concepts into practical, long-lasting landscape solutions. Where builders, architects, designers and engineers are involved, the Living Matter team collaborates closely with all parties for the optimal project outcome.

An itemised, fully costed brief is then developed covering every aspect of the project, ensuring clarity and alignment before any work commences.

As Project Manager, George is deeply involved on every project, ensuring timelines are met and anticipated costs remain within budget while the Site Manager and horticultural team take the project from installation to completion.

Throughout the project, regular communication is maintained with clients and the broader project team to ensure project milestones are met to the satisfaction of all parties. George personally takes responsibility for communication and project updates.
